Tractair’s multivalve assemblies are 100% tested before leaving the factory, using specially designed in-house test equipment. All in-house installations are also fully tested before leaving the factory.
The company is firmly committed to customer satisfaction and, in addition to dealing immediately with any problems that arise, the company undertakes regular customer satisfaction surveys to learn how to further improve its service.
For 4 years Tractair has been a preferred supplier to Argo-owned tractor manufacturer McCormick International Tractors Ltd. This collaboration allows McCormick to offer air brakes as an option to all new tractors, from their production line.
